*Works as the primary provider of advice regarding all legal matters affecting assigned business units and functional groups. Works with business unit and functional group leaders to provide solutions to legal issues raised in contractual negotiations and on-going programs and assists the development of legal risk mitigation strategies. *Drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial agreements and legal documents related to a variety of initiatives and transactions. *Participates, often working with outside counsel, in the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. *Provides support to litigation activity as assigned.
