| This is a unique opportunity for a recent J.D. graduate or post-bar candidate to gain hands-on litigation experience while working closely with seasoned attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. Prior experience in Workers' Compensation is not required—we are committed to training the right candidate. Post Graduate Law Clerk Location: Tampa, FL Requisition ID: 1288 Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in the preparation of case files, including legal research, drafting motions, and summarizing medical records Attend client meetings, depositions, mediations, and hearings for observation and support Organize and analyze documentary evidence Assist in the drafting of discovery responses, trial preparation materials, and correspondence Maintain case files and support case strategy development Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Pending or recent Florida Bar results Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities Willingness to learn Workers’ Compensation law Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines Interest in pursuing a long-term career in litigation 77268 |
