| The Legal Department of a municipal government is hiring for various Assistant City Attorney positions. Attorneys in this department provide a broad range of legal services to the City and represent it in proceedings before state, federal, and administrative bodies. The roles include serving as general counsel to various city departments, providing legal support to the Department of Municipal Development, and representing the City in civil litigation matters and claims. Assistant City Attorney UN (Multiple Positions) 2500628 Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Type: Full time Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school recognized by the American Bar Association; and Must be an active member of the State Bar of New Mexico in good standing, or be able to become licensed in New Mexico within three (3) months from date of hire. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
