This training seminar provides participants with comprehensive, current, and practically oriented information on the full range of environmental, health and safety law workplace issues. The seminar provides participants with insights into how these laws and regulations affect them, and how these laws and regulations are being interpreted and enforced. Most importantly, the seminar provides participants with information on what steps they should take to avoid problems arising from these laws and regulations. The seminar is divided in two "blocks" of instruction taught over 4 1/2 consecutive days: Occupational Safety and Health Law and Special Issues (Monday and Tuesday) and Environmental Laws and Regulations (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). The seminar is taught by attorneys and consultants from firms such as O'Melveny & Myers, Venable, and the McNair Law Firm. This 4 1/2 day seminar = 29.75 CLE credit hours.
