Kentucky-based SEC-registered RIA wealth management firm seeks a highly personable, self-motivated, self-starter and legal expert to manage potential business acquisitions and procedural compliance, as well as relationships with our top 50 clients in asset value. This ideal person should have a high level of maturity and life experience, high-degree of knowledge in the legal side of merger and acquisitions, while being extremely personable operating in either a business or social setting with high net worth clients who are 60+ years in age. This individual would also spend some time managing legal matters of acquisitions, HR issues and improving firm procedures to conform to legal best-practices, as well as communicating with and recognizing top clients for special occasions and milestone events pertaining to their accounts with our firm. Ideally, this individual would be very proactive, with a great deal of organization/prioritization skills, further-enabling them to keep on top of the key issues of our firms, as wells as the top-50 client list, while helping ensure that these clients always feel welcomed and appreciated by our firm. Primary legal expert on merger and acquisition logistics and due diligence matters
Very knowledgeable in the legal rules and procedures of HR matters and company best-practices
General awareness of compliance standards, as applies to the SEC and financial institutions industry
Focal point of contact for top 50 clients, and direct their questions to appropriate firm member
Manage all client relationship matters and correspondence with the top 50 clients
Develop a plan or system for how to reach our top 50 clients regularly and routinely, such that they feel adequately serviced and appreciated by our firm
Manage client milestones (ie- anniversaries, birthdays, benchmarks) and accompanying recognition
Seek to grow existing client business, by seeking additional asset-gathering opportunities
Establish relationships within the local community and work with Operations Manager and Director of Acquisitions and Enterprise Development to increase Business-to-Business opportunities by building a referral network
Plan, schedule and manage special events to showcase our firm’s service offerings and ability to help our top 50 clients
Responsible for collaborating with different work groups to improve client support programs and enhance client satisfaction
