You will be responsible for all the subsidiaries of our Holding company in all aspects of supervising and coordinating the efforts of the Building Management Solutions legal team within AlsaadyHolding Building Technologies, including budget and legal practice area management, case assignment, and the hiring and professional development of staff. You will anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within Building Management Solutions and developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. You will advise the company and senior management on a broad range of provincial and federal regulatory and compliance matters, including identifying areas of risk and making suggestions for improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE
Juris Doctor (JD)
At least 10 years of practical experience in a major law firm and/or as an in-house counsel
