RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and review contracts with business partners.
Obtain trademarks and patents worldwide.
Coordinate and manage projects with outside legal counsel.
Create legal strategy to counter retailers selling counterfeit pipes.
Maintain LLC operating agreement and employee handbook.
