POSITION: General Counsel
Immediate opening for General Counsel position at commercial real estate developer/property management company based in Sarasota, FL and focused on the Southeast U.S. Candidate must have hands on transaction based experience in all aspects of commercial property development including – commercial leasing transactions, property sales and acquisitions, organizational documents, financing transactions, and construction contracts. Candidate must also be able to work independently, direct paralegal staff, and have excellent communications and organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
Successful candidate must have the skills noted and be admitted to a state bar (Florida bar admission a plus) with at least 10+ years experience in transactional commercial real estate preferably for a commercial developer.
