Our group of companies is in need of a tenured and experienced Litigator. This in house counsel must be extremely organized, detail oriented and would have the ability to write demand letters, commence litigation, represent the companies in settlement negotiations, propound discovery, chair depositions, motion hearings and trials. This candidate needs to not only have instinctual litigation skills but deploy fierce advocacy while maintaining professional decorum. Writing skills required from applicant must be legally on point and must make a great impact. Writing samples required.
We are looking for a litigator with a track record and a we are looking for a winner. Requirements include:
Prefer a litigator with at least some Healthcare experience.
Must be willing to do some transactional work
You will have access to top firms that are outside counsel for our group. A major opportunity to be exposed to and mingle with some of the best and brightest lawyers in their respective fields.
5 year experience in litigation
The ability to carry a case from start to finish
JD degree from an accredited university
Admitted to the California bar
