*handle all legal aspects of *production of original scripted and non-scripted television series and feature-length motion pictures, including helping to develop forms and policies, and *structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of complicated agreements such as performer, writer, producer and directors agreements, documentary and reality participant and access agreements, below-the-line crew agreements and other production related agreements. *responsible for all legal matters during the course of production, including evaluating rights issues, structuring tax incentives, reviewing content for copyright, trademark and defamation risks as well as standards and practices compliance, advising on guild issues, reviewing marketing and publicity materials, and overseeing outside production counsel.
