*drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and reviewing, analyzing and assisting in the preparation of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), and providing strategic legal advice, relating to government contracting at the state and local level. *Performing the role of advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, senior managers, engineers, project managers, sales and account management personnel and others participating in the deal team on navigating procurement regulations and drafting/negotiating customer contracts and RFPs for both new and existing business. *Preparing risk analyses and strategic risk mitigation responses for RFPs, tenders, expressions of interest and developing legal risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize business risks throughout the contract life cycle.
