The General Counsel position is responsible for providing expert advice and legal representation to the Company in leading the negotiation of complex agreements and contracts. The successful candidate will be proactive, experienced, and will manage all legal matters and risks. The General Counsel will primarily be responsible to examine and draft business agreements and contracts with customers, vendors, and other outside parties, manage copyrights, patents, trade secrets, insurance matters, and employee relations. The General Counsel will ensure legal compliance regarding government contracting, support M&A activity, data protection, and corporate governance.
