Eligibility Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree
Proficient legal experience in contracts, entities, and litigation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to businesses
Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
Advise owners and senior management on various legal matters, existing and new laws
Manage legal matters, including basic litigation matters
Exam and create draft agreements, such as real estate contracts, operating agreements, employment and vendor agreements
Maintain knowledge of operations and legal documents
Conduct legal research and manage litigation strategy pertaining to legal actions
Preserve all corporate records
Handle statutory filings, such as licensing forms
Create new entities and manage intellectual property
Be detail oriented
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
Additional hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
Ability to sit at a desk or be in the field as necessary
Lifting boxes (50 lbs.)
Sitting (up to 6-8 hours)

Salary: $90K to $120K DOE
