The purpose of this position is to support the General Counsel and Senior Management in managing certain legal functions of the company including contracts, IP matters, employment matters, policies and procedures, SEC filings

*Performing due diligence and document negotiation in support of the company’s merger & acquisition activity; *Independently reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, amendments and templates in support of the business

*Provide in-house advice and counsel on Labor and Employment issues and additional practice areas including, but not limited to, the following areas: *litigation, *automobile/transportation regulatory compliance, *contracts, *litigation management
