| We are now looking for a Legal Trainee. In this position you will get an opportunity to become a member of dynamic and highly professional Legal and Compliance in-house team with a passion to provide high quality services. We are offering interesting legal tasks and challenges to continue professional development. The role is temporary and part time, location is Turku. Legal Trainee Location: Turku, Varsinais-Suomi Job ID: R0074132 Responsibilities: Reviewing and drafting routine commercial contracts and corporate documentation (NDAs, POAs, meeting minutes, sales, framework, sourcing, distribution agreements). Supporting the Legal & Compliance team with template, presentation, tools and documentation preparation. Assisting in legal and compliance projects. Conducting legal research and monitoring legislative, regulative and commercial developments. Requirements: Bachelor of Laws and/or minimum 150 credit units (or equivalent). Fluent in Finnish and English. Prior international exposure and trainee experience in a law firm or in-house legal team is an advantage. Proactive attitude and ability to take initiatives. Good interpersonal skills, collaborative, detailed-oriented and quick learner. Knowledge of additional languages (Swedish, German, Spanish, French) is an advantage. Offer: 1-year part-time contract (approx. 3 days/week and summer potentially full time 37,5 hours per week). Flexible working hours.
