| We are searching for a student intern to join the Legal Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri for the 2025 summer. Intern: Real Estate/Corporate Legal Location: Columbia, MO Pay Range: $20-$25/hr Responsibilities We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects Assist in all phases of real estate transactions Assist in prioritizing and managing organizational legal needs related to real estate acquisitions and corporate transactions Assist in drafting and managing transactional documents such as letters of intent, purchase agreements, and leases Assist in resolving land use issues Research real property related laws and regulations About You Our mission to change an industry is not easily achieved. In turn, our interns have countless opportunities to make a tangible difference in an industry that’s long been resistant to change What You're Working With: Candidate is based in or near Columbia, St. Louis or Kansas City, Missouri or is able to reside in Columbia, Missouri for the duration of the internship Ideal candidates will have completed 1 year towards a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school by the time the internship begins Ideal candidates will also have work experience in real estate and/or corporate operations Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher You have a strong interest in real estate transactions and corporate law You have excellent communication skills You have high attention to detail You are highly organized, pay attention to details, and able to multitask You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude 74828 |
