| As a Compliance Specialist, you will be based in North America as part of our E&C Monitoring and Response team. This team conducts periodic risk-based monitoring that evaluates adherence with regulatory and internal requirements, across the life cycle of engagements, and provides recommendations for program improvements. You will be instrumental in selecting samples, reviewing documentation, assessing non-compliance and supporting remediation efforts. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from firm’s Risk and Legal groups to ensure cross-functional communication as it relates to monitoring results and overall remediation efforts. Your role will be a key contributor to developing solutions tailored for the unique needs of our firm, and you will be expected to collaborate with a varied set of stakeholders across all firm functions on the programmatic needs of the firm while also being a pivotal contributor to the overall change management process.
