*Oversee an effective Bank Secrecy Act\/Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Compliance Program and manage company\u2019s compliance risk management efforts and compliance functions. *Establish and maintain effective, risk based BSA\/AML policies, procedures, and controls, including initial Know Your Customer (\u201cKYC\u201d) and Customer Due Diligence (\u201cCDD\u201d)\/Enhanced Due Diligence (\u201cEDD\u201d) programs with periodic updates, as well as ongoing transaction monitoring systems, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidance from relevant supervisory agencies. *Conduct BSA\/AML and sanctions risk assessments annually or as needed with consideration to products, services, customers, and geographies that may present BSA\/AML\/Sanctions related risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
