Reporting into the General Counsel, as the Head of Legal, this is a global role leading a team of lawyers in multiple jurisdictions and providing legal advice to a wide range of stakeholders as part of the leadership team. This role will be the key advisor on business strategy decisions such as new ventures, the Defense required global footprint and M&A, and managing all aspects of front end customer and commercial contracts including disputes. In addition, the role will have responsibility for Business Line export control and other compliance issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
