Primary duties include researching and\/or monitoring issues of semiconductor policy, trade policy and trade enforcement actions, US export control laws and regulations, US sanctions policies and Sino-American economic and trade policies, US policies related to high technology trade and investment and IP policies related to semiconductor manufacturing and trade. The Government Regulatory Affairs Counsel must be able to advise effectively and make recommendations to senior management on direction and issue resolution. The Government Regulatory Affairs Counsel will manage ongoing relationships and regulatory requirements in US, and interact with outside experts, partners and regulatory agencies, to include meeting with regulators on behalf of SK hynix.
