The General Counsel will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of short- and long-term strategies impacting the organization&#8217;s legal, compliance, and internal audit functions.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Functions<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement solutions to complex business and legal challenges<br \/>\nIdentify and evaluate legal risks in prospective vendor relationships and working with internal stakeholders to assure legal compliance and minimize potential exposure to the Company<br \/>\nReview various agreements that pertain to partnerships and growth, negotiate and draft contracts as needed<br \/>\nWork closely with business teams to establish and implement policies, procedures and related documentation and training<br \/>\nEngage in complex negotiations and complete projects without significant assistance or oversight<br \/>\nRequired Skills &#038; Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Juris Doctorate (JD).
